Five-time Sterling Gospel Music awardee Rhoda Isabella is a past student of the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts who lives by the word of God, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”. – Matt. 6:33.
Formerly a member of the dynamic trio “iWorshipp”, she received her first Sterling Gospel Music Award when the group won the first ever Group of the Year (2017) award to have been presented at the annual event.
Even after the group dissolved, Rhoda Isabella remained steadfast in ministry as a soloist and claimed the music award’s 2019 titles: Breakout Sensation and Female Artiste of the Year.
Her ‘versatile’ 11 track album, “Kingdom Rhode”, with smashing hits like “Still Breathing”, “You Lift Me Up” and the “Church Medley”, was named the 2020 Sterling Gospel Music Album of the Year. She also took home the 2020 award for Female Artiste of the Year.
On December 8, 2021, Rhoda Isabella launched her record label RIMCity Records, of which herself and her brothers Jordan “Diddy” Addiman and Japheth Addiman are co-owners and producers. The label produced their first single “Psalm 20” on the same day.
